U8 - U10 - U12:

Starting in December and for the rest of the season: Monday and Wednesday 6-8 PM @ McDermott Park West of Heritage Intermediate School

High School Boys & Girls & U14:

Rugby Coaching

Rancho Cucamonga Rebels coaching staff emphasizes the development of leadership, mental toughness, team cohesion and safety. Rugby uniquely requires decision making under high pressure situations. To be successful, our coaches encourage players to lead each other and work as a team. These mental and physical skills are transferable to other sports and to life in general.
