Rugby is a fast paced, international game, where all the players get the chance to engage in the physical concept of the sport. Rugby is steadily becoming one the fastest growing sports in America!
Rugby is Life
Unlike just about any other team sport, rugby is about all players having the same opportunity to run with the ball, pass the ball, and play defense. There is an instrumental position for everyone on the team, no matter their size.
More importantly, Rugby builds leadership, friendship and a sense of extended family. The players must depend on each other to be successful. It is a sport that encourages respect to your teammates, referee, as well as the opposing team.

Coaching Aspect
Foothill Rebels coaching staff is extremely experienced with continued education and development. Coaches provide a structured approach to developing athletes and building the game of rugby. Whether new or experienced to the game every step toward coaching is geared to the development of youth on and off the field. Focus on developing individual and unit skills, player philosophy, respect, game plans and team tactics. This will be achieved through understanding the game with activities on and off the field.
