Game Day Field Set Up Committee
Help us create a safe, organized, and professional game-day experience for every Rebel.
Volunteers on this committee play a major role in preparing the pitch and keeping game day running smoothly.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Setting up the pitch — creating safe boundaries between the field and spectators
• Preparing tech zones for coaches and match officials
• Painting field lines when we’re not on pre-marked spaces
• Checking in players at the start of the day
• Serving as Field Marshal to ensure safety and sideline organization
• Refereeing U8 or U10 levels (non-contact, simple officiating)
• Helping at the snack bar during game day
• End-of-day teardown to restore the fields
This is one of our biggest needs going into the season.
Many hands make light work—if each family helps a little, everyone wins.

Fundraising Committee
Support the growth of Rebels Rugby by helping drive the fundraising efforts that power our season.
This committee plays a key role in keeping our programs affordable, upgrading equipment, securing fields, hosting events, and creating opportunities for every athlete in our club.
Volunteers on this committee may help with:
• Planning and promoting club fundraisers
• Coordinating restaurant nights, raffles, or online campaigns
• Organizing donor and sponsor outreach
• Managing fundraising tables at game days and events
• Helping track participation and results
• Brainstorming new, creative ways to support the club
You don’t need experience—just a willingness to help and a passion for building the Rebels community.

Coaches
Whether you’ve coached before—or never coached anything at all—we need you on the Rebels sideline!
Many of our best coaches (even at the highest levels) never played rugby. What matters most is your willingness to learn, teach, and support our athletes.
New to coaching?
No problem. We’ll pair you with an experienced coach for as long as you need. You can start by helping with drills, managing small groups, or even focusing on a single position until you’re ready to take on more.
Played rugby before but not coaching yet?
Come on now… you know better! Rugby culture is built on giving back. If you’ve ever laced up boots, thrown a pass, or made a tackle, then the next generation needs you. Consider this your friendly tap on the shoulder—get out there and help grow the game!

Player Recruitment & Retention Committee
Help us grow the Rebels family—and keep our athletes excited to return year after year.
This committee is all about creativity, connection, and finding new ways to share rugby with our community while strengthening the experience for current players.
We’re looking for volunteers who can help us:
• Brainstorm and run social media campaigns that attract new players
• Explore guerilla marketing ideas to get rugby in front of more families
• Build connections with local football programs, high schools, and youth sports clubs
• Represent Rebels Rugby at community events, schools, and local organizations
• Develop ideas that help us retain players, keep them engaged, and make their experience even better
• Identify ways to improve communication, team culture, and player/family satisfaction
• Share innovative ideas—big or small—to expand and strengthen our club
If you’re passionate about rugby, networking, creativity, or simply want to help more young athletes discover the sport, we need your voice on this committee.
